This is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the agency that holds the record.
Official Records and Custody Contacts
The Prairie County Sheriff’s Office maintains county jail intake records and booking photographs. Prairie County publishes no dedicated photo-request form, named records-unit extension, or local fee table. Call first if routing is unclear, then send a focused written request with the person’s full name, a narrow booking-date range, the arresting agency, and a separate request for the jail record and photograph.

Official contact page
The web contact form is not monitored around the clock. Call 911 for an emergency. For routine records work, confirm any reproduction charge before production because Arkansas FOIA permits actual reproduction and delivery costs but Prairie County has not posted a local booking-photo price.
- For a mugshot, booking record, current inmate, recent booking, or recent release, start with the official paths on the Prairie County home page.
- For a Des Arc, Hazen, or De Valls Bluff incident report, contact the police department that made the arrest; ask the Sheriff separately for jail intake material.
- For a warrant concern, use Wanted Fugitives, Search ARCourts, and direct Sheriff confirmation.
- For a filed case or final disposition, use Search ARCourts and then contact the clerk named for the northern or southern court route.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Arkansas Department of Corrections offender search; for federal or immigration custody, use the BOP locator or ICE locator.
City police contacts are Des Arc Police Department, 107 S. 3rd Street, 870-256-3011; Hazen Police Department, 96 West Front Street, 870-255-4514; and DeValls Bluff Police Department, 977 East Cypress Street, 870-998-2301. Hazen provides a written public-information request route. The other two cities should be called to confirm delivery.
